Today I am in Austin, where it’s hot as Hell, watching the local News before soundcheck…the big Headline is the Lamb Heist.
Yes, you read correctly 6000 lambs…gone….stolen.
They’ve tried to catch the thieves, but no luck so far Guess they’re ‘on the lamb’.
You would not hear this story anywhere else….for that and many other reasons, I do love Texas. As I’m watching TV at day’s end, in between network shows, the news station had a short clip of the local sheriff saying he did not believe that the lamb heist was motivated by money.
I go to sleep, wondering…what, then Was the motivation for stealing 6000 lambs?
